Responsabilités

• Inspect and test fire suppression systems and kitchen hood suppression systems per NFPA 17, NFPA 96 and applicable codes.
• Perform routine maintenance on system components (cylinders, nozzles, release mechanisms, control panels).
• Test and recharge agent cylinders ensuring proper pressurization and correct extinguishing agent.
• Identify and troubleshoot leaks, pressure issues, or malfunctioning components; implement NFPA-compliant corrective actions.
• Repair/replace components to maintain NFPA compliance and manufacturer specs.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule service visits and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Inspect gas cylinders with hydrostatic testing, refilling, and reinstallation per NFPA and specs.
• Respond to service calls promptly; diagnose problems and restore functionality.
• Document all service activities, reports, work orders, parts usage, and customer notes in Service Trade platform.
• Coordinate with Deficiency Sellers for inspection reports, material needs, and repair estimates in a timely manner.
• Interact with clients to schedule work, discuss findings, and address concerns or upgrade recommendations.
• Collaborate with Service Coordinators to optimize work orders, material requisitions, and scheduling for efficiency.
