Job summary

You will read schematics, assist with installations and manage daily service calls while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and a valid US driver’s license, with on-call emergency support and a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field service or related experience.
• Strong communication and customer-facing abilities are essential.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• PC skills include MS Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repairs on portable fire extinguishers, kitchen hood systems, and suppression gas systems at customer sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications and manuals; install and troubleshoot.
• Manage daily service calls and customer activity; work with various manufacturer equipment.
• Support on-call rotation for emergency service and inspect suppression systems per contract.
