Job summary

Johnson Controls in Charlotte, NC is seeking an on-site Service Technician to perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems and Suppression Gas Systems at customer sites. Read blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specs and manuals; interpret schematics and software.

Manage daily service calls and customer activity. Must have excellent communication, strong customer-facing skills, and a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems, and Suppression Gas Systems at customer sites.

• Manage daily service calls and customer activity; participate in on-call rotation for Emergency Service.
