Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to diagnose and repair sprinkler and suppression systems in commercial and industrial settings. You will receive service requests, identify issues, and perform on-site maintenance with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role requires 3+ years of fire sprinkler experience, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and the ability to climb ladders and access confined spaces. NICET II is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of documented experience in fire sprinkler service and repair.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times.
• Experience reading blueprints and submittals is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls and assess equipment/system problems.
• Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to diagnose issues.
• Maintain truck inventory and ensure timely response to customer needs.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and safe work practices.
