Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Sprinkler Service Technician to respond to service calls and diagnose issues across commercial, industrial, and residential environments.

You will perform service and repairs on sprinkler and fire suppression systems, read blueprints and manuals, and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction. This on-site role requires physical ability, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and diagnose equipment and system issues.
• Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, and pump systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and manuals.
• Maintain truck inventory and tools; participate in on-call rotation.
• Communicate effectively with customers and district staff to ensure satisfaction.
