Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems across commercial, industrial, and residential sites. You will interpret blueprints and manuals, deliver strong customer service, and work independently to diagnose and fix issues while maintaining safety and inventory.

Role requires 3–5 years experience, computer literacy, and flexibility for on-call shifts and occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fire sprinkler service/repair experience.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Able to service all water-based fire protection systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Maintain truck inventory and safety.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Follow safety procedures.
• On-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls from Service Resource Center and identify problems.
• Contact customer representative to determine issues.
• Repair sprinkler systems for commercial/industrial/residential sites.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, specs and manuals.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and organization.
• Work independently when required.
