Job Title: Fire Sprinkler Systems Inspector

Salary: $74,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year

Job Summary: As a fire sprinkler system inspector, you will be responsible for completing service requests at various locations within your territory. We seek licensed Fire Sprinkler Inspectors to inspect, test, and ensure fire sprinkler systems meet NFPA standards. Responsibilities include adjusting or repairing systems and performing basic inspections. We value dependable, self-starting individuals with a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform inspections of fire sprinkler systems
• Test fire alarm and sprinkler systems
• Coordinate with local fire departments to schedule testing without response interference
• Repair systems or notify the Service Department of issues
• Communicate inspection results to customers
• Maintain excellent communication with Area Coordinators regarding inspections

Full-Time Position

• 40+ hours weekly, responsible for efficient service call completion
• Respond quickly to emergencies and support customers
• Use maps and GPS tools for scheduling and navigation

Customer Service

• Manage incoming calls and document service activities accurately
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with tablets (Apple/Android)
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use an 8-ft ladder
• NICET certification or fire sprinkler background is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Travel required; remote work environment
