Qualifications

• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Estimate fire sprinkler installation and construction service projects.
• Close contracts and present value-based proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales-to-operations turnover.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within General Contractor and end-user markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Estimate, quote, and close fire sprinkler installation, retrofit, and construction service projects.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry involvement.
• Conduct site visits to assess fire sprinkler system requirements and propose compliant, cost-effective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to customers regarding fire sprinkler systems, life safety solutions, and NFPA and AHJ requirements.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, service managers, and field leadership for smooth turnover.
• Support service agreement opportunities and identify system upgrade needs.
• Prepare and present value-based proposals, pricing, and scopes of work.
• Track sales activity, forecasts, and performance against targets; report to management.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
