Symons Fire Protection, Inc. is seeking a dependable Fire Sprinkler Service Coordinator to support the Fire Sprinkler Department.

You will assist Project Managers with setup, scheduling, documentation, and customer communications, coordinating resources and tracking project progress from start to finish. The role requires strong organization and communication skills, with experience in fire protection or construction coordination as a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in fire sprinkler or construction coordination is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from start to finish to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist Project Managers with project setup, scheduling and documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records in BuilderTrend and other systems.
