We seek a dependable Fire Sprinkler Service Coordinator to support Project Managers with coordination, scheduling, documentation, and estimating support, coordinating with field personnel and customers to ensure timely, accurate project delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn our project management software.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Previous experience in fire sprinkler, fire protection, construction, or project coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project setup, scheduling, and coordination.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to keep projects on schedule.
