RapidFire Safety & Security in Southern California is seeking a high-driven Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative to open doors, build a pipeline, and close business. You will serve contractors and end-user commercial customers with code-compliant fire sprinkler systems and upgrades, while delivering consultative, value-driven solutions.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with base salary in the $85-95K range plus commission, a car and phone allowance, and an OTE of $125-150K.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of fire sprinkler sales experience.
• Strong knowledge NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24 and Local AHJ requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts through relationships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue in Southern California.
• Prospect for new business and close deals confidently.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities.
• Stay current on industry developments to offer informed recommendations.
• Represent RapidFire with professionalism in all interactions.
