RapidFire Safety & Security seeks a results-driven Fire Alarm Sales Representative for the Northern California San Francisco Bay area. Sell code-compliant fire alarm systems and upgrades, build a pipeline, and close business with contractors and end-user customers.

Open doors, own the territory, and drive revenue with a supportive team. Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years in fire alarm sales, strong NFPA knowledge, and proven negotiation skills to maximize opportunities and achieve growth.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years of fire alarm sales experience
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 72, NFPA 70, and Local AHJ requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical thinking to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence
• Prospect for new business, generate qualified opportunities, and close deals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and needs
• Stay current on industry developments and provide consultative recommendations
• Represent RapidFire Safety & Security with professionalism in all interactions
