Job summary

Century Fire Protection Nashville is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to promote, estimate and sell fire protection sprinkler systems, repairs and upgrades to existing and new clients. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in fire sprinkler estimating or sales, with proficiency in reading blueprints and NFPA standards.

The position involves establishing contacts, developing strategies to win contracts, and managing projects up to $1MM+.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years Fire Sprinkler Estimating/Sales or equivalent.
Familiar with reading blueprints and NFPA 13, 14, and 20 standards.

Responsibilities

Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of Fire Protection contracts by scheduling sales calls.
Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to communicate offerings.
Close sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives.
Develop relationships with customers, general contractors and end users.
Estimate small projects and large projects ranging from $100k-$1MM+.
Manage projects and participate in job walks and construction meetings.
Build new business relationships and grow the Fire Protection business.
