Job summary

Century Fire Protection in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Sales Representative to promote, estimate, and sell fire protection sprinkler systems, repairs, and upgrades to existing and new clients.

This role requires establishing contacts, qualifying buyers, and developing sales strategies while building lasting relationships with customers and contractors. Experience with NFPA 13/14/20 and blueprints is essential, along with a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in fire sprinkler estimating or sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years Fire Sprinkler Estimating/Sales or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiar with reading blueprints, understanding NFPA 13, 14, and 20 standards and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of Fire Protection contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads.
• Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to convey offerings.
• Close sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives.
• Develop relationships with customers, general contractors and end users.
• Estimate small projects and large projects ($100k–$1MM+) as required.
• Manage projects, change orders, and attend job walks and meetings.
