Qualifications

• 5-7 years documented experience in sprinkler systems.
• NICET Level II and ITWBS.
• Able to obtain and retain licenses as required by codes.
• Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, schematics and manuals.
• Experience with hand tools and multimeter usage.
• Experience with wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems.
• Aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Capable of physical labor carrying/moving equipment up to 50-70 lbs.
• Able to work in ladders, scaffolding, ducts, crawl spaces, etc.
• Willing to travel out of town.
• Strong customer service.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, servicing, installing and preventive maintenance of life safety product lines and competitors' products.
• Work with low voltage wiring and related devices.
• Complete Service Acknowledgments with proper coding via laptops or hard copy.
• Maintain a structured inspection schedule.
• Archive inspection documentation via laptop.
• Make minor repairs and programming changes under supervision.
• Complete assigned inspections on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
