Job summary

Candidates should have 5–10 years in sprinkler systems, valid licenses, and the ability to pass background checks. NICET II is preferred; HVE or CDL may be advantageous in some locales.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years documented experience in sprinkler systems.
• Able to obtain and retain any licenses required by codes.
• Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specs, and manuals.
• Experience with hand tools and multi-meter usage.
• Experience with wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, servicing, installing and preventative maintenance of life safety product lines and related products.
• Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices.
• Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding via laptop or hard copy.
• Follow and maintain a structured inspection schedule.
• Input, retrieve and archive inspection documentation via laptop.
• Make minor repairs and programming changes under supervision.
• Complete assigned inspections on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
