• Experience with sprinkler systems
• Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, submittals and manuals
• Ability to obtain and retain required licenses
• Experience with hand tools and multimeter usage
• Capable of physical labor including lifting 50–70 lbs
• Able to work in ladders, scaffolding and tight spaces
• Flexible hours including on-call, nights and weekends
• Strong customer service
• Adherence to safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing and maintenance of life safety product lines
• Document deficiencies found during inspections
• Complete service acknowledgements with proper coding and devices
• Maintain a structured inspection schedule
• Make minor repairs and programming changes
• Complete inspections on time
• Carry/move equipment up to 70 lbs
• Assist in installation of sprinkler systems
• Work in ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment
