Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and review service calls and diagnose issues.
• Perform service and repairs on sprinkler and suppression systems.
• Work on wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems and pumps.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and manuals.
• Maintain on-site customer service and professionalism.
• Keep truck inventory ready for timely responses.
