Job summary

Allied Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Sprinkler Construction Operations Manager to oversee sprinkler projects in Texas. You will lead field teams, manage material orders, and control project financials while ensuring safety and quality standards across installations.

The role requires 5+ years in fire sprinkler fieldwork and 3+ years in supervision, with strong leadership, communication, and blueprint-reading skills. A car allowance is provided for vehicle usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field experience with fire sprinkler system installation.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must read fire protection blueprints.
• NFPA 13 rules knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NICET II/III certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sprinkler installation projects and manage headcount growth.
• Oversee material/equipment orders for projects.
• Oversee and manage project financials.
• Train, coach, and mentor field personnel.
• Interact effectively with customers.
• Set and manage productivity and performance for field personnel.
• Identify out-of-scope work for change orders.
• Provide field documentation for project closeouts.
• Maintain installer schedules and track hours.
• Provide accurate project status updates.
• Conduct regular job site safety audits and enforce safety practices.
• Interview and/or evaluate field personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
