Silco Fire & Security is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Estimator / Sales Representative in Dayton, OH. You will estimate costs for sprinkler installation and maintenance, develop proposals, and help win projects.

You will work with design and installation teams, read blueprints, and build relationships with customers and contractors to meet sales targets. This role blends estimating accuracy with revenue growth.

Competenze

• Experience as a sprinkler estimator, sales representative or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sprinkler system design, installation and maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical documents.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, math, communication and negotiation skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements.
• Prepare detailed estimates covering materials, labor and other costs.
• Develop and present proposals and bids to customers.
• Identify new business and grow existing relationships to meet sales targets.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with design and installation teams on project handoff and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and sales activity in the CRM.
• Represent Silco at trade shows and industry events.
