What You Will Do

As a leader in fire protection and security, you will troubleshoot and repair installed systems, including panel repair/reprogramming, device replacement, and system testing. You will also organize technical resources, communicate effectively, program fire alarm, security, and access control panels, and complete documentation.

What We Look For

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years’ experience with fire alarm, access control, security, and communications systems (preferred but not required)
• Ability to interpret blueprints and diagrams
• Good computer skills
• Ability to follow instructions
• Physical ability to carry equipment up to 70 lbs and work in challenging positions
• Flexible hours including weekends and possible overnight travel
• High customer service orientation
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to safety guidelines

Preferred

• Technical training
• NICET II certification or ability to obtain within a year
