Johnson Controls is seeking a Fire Service Sales Manager in Boise, Idaho, to lead the service sales team in expanding bookings and recurring revenue across fire alarm, security, and fire suppression offerings.

You will develop territory plans, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with area leaders to implement pricing and sales strategies while building lasting customer relationships. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on performance and growth.

Formación

• College degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience with 3 years in field sales management.
• Experience in fire safety industry and leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the district or branch service sales team to meet or exceed goals.
• Own sales plan achievement for all service sales activities in the territory.
• Drive bookings growth by expanding accounts and creating new opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing strategies with Area Sales and General Managers.
• Coach and train sales force on products, campaigns, and performance standards.
