Johnson Controls is hiring a Fire Service Manager to lead a district's service team, drive customer satisfaction, and manage multi-discipline service operations. You will ensure contractual commitments are met while resolving issues to protect relationships and revenue.

You will mentor technicians and coordinators, optimize processes, and uphold safety and compliance standards across departments to achieve service goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of P&L concepts and business impact.
• Proficient in MS Office; Oracle a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and supervise a team of technicians, sales reps, inspectors, and admins.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and resolve service/collection issues.
• Oversee Fire Alarm, Security, Fire Sprinkler, Special Hazard, and Hood service disciplines.
