Thompson Safety is seeking a Fire Service Manager responsible for the management and development of operations, sales, and administration within the company’s Service/Inspection Department. This role focuses on segment leadership within Sprinkler, Inspections, Fire Alarm, etc., and includes strategic guidance, supervision, training, and leadership for the Fire Technician/Inspector team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required.
• Professional certification in Fire Protection (State License, NICET, CSA, NAFED, ICC) required.
• 3+ years of experience in the B2B services industry.
• 1+ year of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong marketing and sales strategy development experience.
• Working knowledge of the fire protection industry.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages a team of employees and coaches performance.
• Collaborates with Sales on proposals and delivery.
• Accountable for Profit and Loss of the Service/Inspection department.
• Plan and achieve long-term and short-term project goals.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company values in service personnel management.
• Develop partnerships to grow the business in the industry.
• Oversee KPI results and coaching of team members.
