Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians and support staff involved in operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Focus on high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Own and manage your team’s P&L to achieve goals.
• Manage costs and implement cost-control measures.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of system installations, inspections, and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Ensure processes are followed to facilitate a positive customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and standards.
