Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an experienced Security Alarm Technician to diagnose, install, service and maintain intrusion, fire, video surveillance and network systems across customer sites. You’ll train customers and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a field technician in electronic security or related industry.
• Validated ability to read and interpret technical documents/drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain intrusion, fire, video surveillance, network and VoIP systems.
• Work in the field using efficient methods to resolve service issues.
• Train customers on Interface-provided systems and maintain inventory.
