Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking two Fire Service Technicians in the Austin, TX area to install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm, security, and low-voltage systems. The role requires strong technical background and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, servicing 4-5 tickets daily, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire alarm, security, or low-voltage systems.
• Valid Texas Alarm License (required to perform low-voltage work in Texas).
• Strong service, installation, and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience working on security-related projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls daily.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong technical background who thrive in a fast-paced service environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer support.
