Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver quotes and proposals for repair work
• Follow up on open quotes and move opportunities toward close
• Turn inspection findings and identified deficiencies into approved repairs
• Identify opportunities to renew and expand service agreements
• Introduce customers to additional services that meet their needs
• Track opportunities, wins, losses, and results
• Serve as a key contact for service-related sales opportunities
• Talk with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Visit customer locations to understand needs and assess projects
• Recommend practical solutions based on customer needs
• Build relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate quote and opportunity records
• Respond to incoming leads and customer requests
• Keep quotes moving through consistent follow-up
• Coordinate project details with customers and internal teams
• Work with Accounts Receivable when customer follow-up is needed
