Pavion is seeking a Service Dispatcher in Boston, MA to coordinate and dispatch fire service, inspections and technician appointments. You will handle inquiries, maintain schedules, and document inspections to support fast, reliable service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Dispatcher.
• Experience in a service, dispatch, scheduling, or customer service role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule fire alarm inspections, service calls, and technician appointments.
• Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules and priorities.
• Answer and coordinate incoming customer service calls and requests.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service needs, and updates.
• File and maintain inspection reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians, service management, and customers to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Monitor open service calls and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with emergency and priority service requests.
• Perform various administrative and operational duties to support the Service and Inspection departments.
