Pavion is seeking a Service Coordinator I to join our security business unit in Dallas, providing dispatch, scheduling, and coordination for fire alarm inspections and service calls.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' Dispatcher experience.
• Service, dispatch, scheduling or customer service background preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.
• Ability to coordinate with field technicians, customers and management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with CRM and scheduling software.

Aufgaben

• Schedule fire alarm inspections, service calls, and technician appointments.
• Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules and priorities.
• Answer and coordinate incoming customer service calls and requests.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service needs, and updates.
• File and maintain inspection reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate with technicians, service management, and customers to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Monitor open service calls and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with emergency and priority service requests.
• Perform various administrative and operational duties necessary to support the Service and Inspection departments.
