Job summary

Everon is seeking a qualified Project Administrator to oversee the administration of Fire, Security, CCTV, and related installations at multiple sites. You will coordinate with contracts, sales, and engineering to ensure documentation and scheduling align with project goals.

Ideal candidates will bring construction or security industry experience, strong computer skills (MS Project, Word, Excel), and the ability to read plans and interpret English documents.

Qualifications

• Requires industry, security/fire and project management experience.
• Technically inclined with strong communication, energetic, self-motivated and dependable.
• Proficient with MS Project (or similar), Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer projects for Fire, Security, CCTV, Card Access and related systems.
• Coordinate with contracts administrator and sales to finalize engineering requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation of site visits, RFIs, permits and closeout.
• Oversee safety programs and compliance on projects.
• Prepare manpower loading and change orders to optimize gross profit.
• Attend meetings with operations and engineering to review ongoing projects.
• Support scheduling and installation/testing to meet client timelines.
• Maintain project log with start/completion dates, man-hours and systems installed.
• Provide in-house estimating and proposals as needed.
