Job summary

Everon is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee the Install workforce and ensure execution aligns with profit objectives. You will supervise staffing, scheduling, and field deployment while coordinating customer-facing proposals and service delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years in sales/operations with field leadership, plus strong knowledge of fire, CCTV and access systems. Travel may be required to support client projects.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required; master's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of business experience in sales and/or operations, with at least 5 years in field leadership, preferably in service/security sectors.
• Strong understanding of fire, CCTV, security and card access systems, low-voltage installations, testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage the Install workforce and field operations.
• Ensure profitability through scheduling, productivity, billings and cost control.
• Supervise staffing, performance reviews and development of new employees.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate sales efforts for new clients.
