Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of construction admin experience, solid MS Office skills, and a strong focus on organization and communication.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years of construction administrative assistant experience preferred.
• Intermediate MS Office skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare registration, pre-qualification, bid documents, bonds, and closeouts.
• Create and track project submittal packages.
• Support sales and operations teams.
• Coordinate daily schedule changes to meet customer and company needs.
• Track change orders and project closeouts.
