Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fire and life safety system projects from scope through commissioning. You will manage budgets, ensure code compliance, and oversee field operations while coordinating with sales, installation, and clients to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.

The role demands strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across design, installation, and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a PM in construction.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable code requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases, coordinating workers, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor budget, identify overruns, and implement mitigating actions.
• Review design drawings for conformance with regulations and standards.
• Maintain open communication with customers, contractors, and partners.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safety programs are followed.
