Marmic Fire & Safety Co. is seeking a National Accounts Representative to manage large customer accounts and national brands. You will lead communications, resolve issues, and coordinate with Marmic branches to ensure accurate billing and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable demeanor.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and Branch Managers.
• Capable of working under pressure with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Customer Communication & Service: primary point of contact for National Accounts; address and resolve customer issues promptly; build relationships with customers and Branch Managers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordination & Dispatch: coordinate with Marmic branches for work orders and follow-ups; investigate payment discrepancies with National Account holders and branches.
• Operational Oversight: support National Accounts Manager and contribute to process improvements; oversee daily National Accounts operations.
