Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in scheduling/routing or related operational role.
• Strong communication across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple commitments in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Oversee scheduling and dispatch for Technicians within a geography.
• Coordinate with Customers to determine acceptable schedules and assign Technicians by skills and territory.
• Follow dispatch process, deliver timely communications, and ensure paperwork is completed.
