Job summary

Marmic Fire & Safety Co. is seeking a Dispatcher to oversee scheduling and dispatch for our technicians across a defined geography, ensuring efficient daily work and adherence to SOPs.

You will coordinate with customers to agree on acceptable schedules and assign technicians by skill and territory. Ideal candidates have strong communication, 2+ years in scheduling, and a process-minded approach, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in scheduling/routing or related operational role.
• Strong communication across teams in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and dispatch for Technicians.
• Coordinate with customers to determine acceptable schedules.
• Assign Technicians by skills and territory.
• Monitor workload and real-time adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Ensure paperwork and clock events are completed.
• Adhere to Marmic SOPs for service work.
