About the Role:
As our Fire Restoration Production Manager, you will be a key player in leading and managing restoration projects for homes and businesses affected by fire, water, smoke, or debris damage. Your role will involve:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the restoration process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor your team, ensuring they have the support and direction needed to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Oversight: Utilize industry-specific software, including Xactimate, to plan, estimate, and manage restoration jobs effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Navigate day-to-day challenges with confidence and creativity, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who is:
  • A Proven Leader: You have experience leading teams, preferably in restoration or a related field, and can motivate others to achieve excellence.
  • Technically Skilled: Proficient in using restoration software, particularly Xactimate, and familiar with industry best practices.
  • A Strong Communicator: Bilingual in English and Spanish, you excel in both written and verbal communication, easily building rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivated: You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Customer-Centric: You are committed to delivering outstanding service, putting the needs of the customer first in every decision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Restoration Experience: Previous experience in fire or water damage restoration is a plus.
  • Certifications: IICRC certifications are preferred but not required.
Job Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing
  • Ability to use Xactimate and other restoration industry software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English and Spanish Bilingual
