Banner Fire Equipment, Inc. is hiring a Territory Manager – Equipment Sales to grow fire and rescue equipment sales across Chicagoland and surrounding areas. This field-based role requires travel to customer sites and occasional trips to Roxana, IL.

You will build lasting relationships with fire departments and municipalities, manage the full sales cycle, and drive market share with a broad line of equipment including SCBA, turnout gear, PPE, and related accessories.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of field or territory sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling technical equipment to fire/municipal customers is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide (approx. 50–75%).

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with fire departments and municipalities in territory.
• Drive territory growth through prospecting, networking, referrals, and events.
• Lead quotes, proposals, and bids; manage full sales cycle to close.
• Coordinate with service and ops teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
