Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a field service professional to perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems and Suppression Gas Systems at customer sites.

You will read blueprints, diagrams and specifications, and manage daily service calls to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, a valid US driver’s license, and familiarity with Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems at customer sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and manuals.
• Manage daily service calls and customer activity.
