Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Fire Protection Temp Service Tech - LSS (Water-based systems) to install, inspect, test, and maintain life safety systems for assigned customers on a scheduled basis. The role emphasizes hands-on ITM activities and adherence to NFPA and OSHA standards.

You will perform on-site service calls, troubleshoot issues, and prepare accurate worksheets and reports. Strong diagnostic skills, tool proficiency, and customer service orientation are essential, with a focus on safety and

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 1 certification in fire protection field.
• Minimum 1 year related experience.
• Experience with life safety systems installation, maintenance, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Install and inspect Life Safety Systems (ITM) per standards.
• On-site troubleshooting and address code issues.
• Prepare Technician worksheets and reports.
• Provide customer service for ITM of Life Safety Systems (Fire Alarm, Extinguishers, Gas Detection, etc.).
• Follow regulatory standards (State, OSHA, NFPA).
• Assist with shipping and receiving when needed.
