Job summary

Continental Fire Sprinkler Company, based in Hanover, MD, seeks an Account Manager to cultivate strong client relationships and secure new service agreements while expanding our portfolio. You will communicate clearly with clients, prepare accurate proposals, and collaborate with colleagues across teams to grow the account base.

Responsibilities include reviewing inspection reports for compliance, coordinating service delivery with internal teams, and negotiating terms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful track record in sales of services or systems/products.
• Experience in industrial or construction sales/service support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive working relationships with customers interested in inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Review inspection reports to identify deficiencies or repairs to stay compliant with AHJ and NFPA.
• Communicate inspection results with clients and submit reports to AHJ or third-party tracking systems.
• Demonstrate products or services and advise on best applications.
• Prepare proposals with technical detail outlining scope of services.
• Negotiate and execute price and terms of service agreements.
• Coordinate design, subcontractors, and on-time delivery of services; manage progress billings.
• Identify opportunities to expand market reach with existing or new clients.
