Continental Fire Sprinkler Company, based in Hanover, MD, seeks an Account Manager to cultivate strong client relationships and secure new service agreements while expanding our portfolio. Responsibilities include reviewing inspection reports for compliance, coordinating service delivery with internal teams, and negotiating terms.

We support Fire Suppression System design/installation and services for Energy, Educational, Healthcare, Retail, Sports Facilities/Entertainment, High Rise offices, manufacturing, casinos, and residential customers. Our collaborative team of designers and PMs support work in various regions throughout the Central United States and support Fire suppression design, installation, 3D design, Design/Build, alarm/detection, service and inspection. Our designers perform design, 3D models, work with fluid mechanics to prepare fire protection installation drawings and hydraulic calculations, visit project sites for walkdowns and troubleshoot installation conflicts in the field.
In the role of Account Manager, your primary focus will be to cultivate and nurture strong client relationships. Your goal is to secure new service agreements expanding our portfolio of service accounts while also exploring additional opportunities with our existing customers. To achieve success, it is crucial to communicate clearly with clients, provide accurate proposals and collaborate closely with your colleagues.

This position is based out of our Hanover, MD office.
Base Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000.
Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
