Encore Fire Protection is seeking a Small Contracting Sales Executive in the Northeast U.S. to turn field conditions, code requirements, and customer requests into practical projects.

You’ll walk sites, build trust with customers, and coordinate with Operations, Design, Scheduling, and Field Teams to keep projects moving. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in estimating, inside sales, customer service, or project coordination within a trade, service, construction, or technical environment.
• Experience estimating fire protection or life-safety projects, with a working knowledge of commercial fire protection systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, inspection reports, and technical work orders.
• Strong verbal communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CRM/estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across the Small Contracting division.
• Perform field surveys and gather accurate project scope information.
• Build detailed estimates and proposals including labor, materials, permits, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate project turnover with Operations, Scheduling, Design, and Field Teams; ensure clear scope expectations.
