Qualifications

• General understanding of Microsoft office products.

Responsibilities

• Identify deficiencies noted in ServiceTrade and/or Inspection Reports and prepare proposals.
• Communicate effectively with Inspection Teams to ensure clear understanding of deficiencies and means of correction.
• Create deficiency proposals and service repair proposals as outlined in SOPs.
• Communicate deficiency and repair proposals to customers via ServiceTrade, phone, fax or email.
• Meet or exceed sales budget goals set by service sales manager.
• Estimate hard bid contracts and provide a proposal on bid date.
• Conduct job site surveys to ensure accuracy of estimates.
• Maintain inspection and service sales log for bids exceeding threshold amounts.
• Participate in required weekly/monthly/quarterly team meetings.
• Partner with Marketing and Business Development Team.
