Job summary

You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Foremen and Coordinators to coordinate schedules, procurement, cost tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related environment.
• Prior fire sprinkler experience is a plus.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn theCompany’s information systems applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day‑to‑day planning, coordination, and documentation.
• Ensure field teams have current drawings, RFIs, submittals, and schedules.
• Assist with permits, vendor pricing, material deliveries, and fabrication releases.
• Help track costs, labor, change orders, and project documentation.
• Participate in project meetings, coordination efforts, and closeout activities.
