The Civi Group LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Project Manager specializing in fire protection to lead industrial and commercial projects. This role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote, focusing on coordinating clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, procurement, and risk, ensure code compliance, and drive project closeout.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• At least 4 years of project management experience across construction projects.
• Experience with fire protection systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and lead teams under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct and inspire project teams across clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and resources.
• Perform budget analyses and manage project costs.
• Maintain consistent stakeholder communication and updates.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services to fit timelines.
• Develop risk management strategies and address issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
