Responsibilities
Assist in estimating and preparing proposals for fire protection projects.
Support the review of blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
Help coordinate project schedules, materials, and subcontractors.
Maintain organized project documentation and assist with submittals and change orders.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely material procurement.
Attend project meetings and take detailed notes for follow-up actions.
Assist in tracking project progress, budgets, and timelines.
Conduct site visits to support project oversight and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure timely preparation of drawings and calculations.
Provide administrative support to project managers, including billing coordination and reporting.
Foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
