Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Fire Protection Project Manager to oversee planning and delivery of our fire protection commercial construction projects. The role requires reviewing plans and specifications for design and constructability and coordinating with internal teams and clients.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and safety on site, mentor field leadership, and drive quality while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 3+ years PM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with project teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee fire protection field construction to align with design, budget and schedule.
• Develop construction plans, schedules, and manage subcontractor scope and change orders.
• Monitor key metrics and manage budgets, cash flow, and forecasting.
• Support safety programs and quality on site.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, sales, safety, purchasing, CAD/BIM, and fabrication.
