Job summary

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to prospect, quote, and close new business, while building strong relationships with clients and teams across projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in selling service contracts, experience with CRM systems, and a track record of success in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a presentable vehicle.
• High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years selling inspection or service contracts in B2B.
• Previous experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude or Fire Life Safety experience preferred.
• Self-starter with strong communication and proven accomplishments.
• Salesforce or another CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new customers by cold calling and visiting client sites.
• Tracking activity in our CRM and scheduling follow ups (Salesforce).
• Gathering and cataloging new client contacts and equipment information.
• Conducting site visits to assess client needs.
• Providing quotes for new clients using our CRM.
• Closing sales.
• Transferring sales information to inspection department.
• Ensuring all tasks and leads are followed up in a timely manner.
• Attending networking and social marketing events to gain contacts.
• Working seamlessly on large accounts.

Job Summary

Education / Work Experience

• Valid Driver’s license and presentable vehicle is required.
• High School Diploma is required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ year of experience selling inspection or service contracts required. Business to business sales.
• Previous experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude or previous Fire Life Safety experience preferred.
• Must be a self-starter, good communication skills and must have a proven record of accomplishments.
• Previous experience with Salesforce or another equivalent CRM system preferred

Computer Skills

• Significant experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) applications required.
